In just about every case, the reason for any problem has been a failure to fully complete the MemberPlus registration form. It's our (JBoss) fault that has been corrected now. Folks registering now cannot proceed until every *required* field has been completed.
For those of you that registered previously, I would suggest going back to your registration form and filling in any unfilled questions. You can get to your form by clicking on the 'My Account' link in the Member Menu. You will need to sign in first if you haven't already done so. Sorry for the trouble. Joe McGonnell JBoss Inc.
