Hi,
I was able to get .../samples/userguide/example3 to work on my setup
jboss 3.2.2 using all as my server
windows xp
java version 1.3.1_09
I did the following.
1. create myservice.wsr with the following directory structure
META-INF/web-service.xml // which is the deploy.wsdd rename to web-
// service.xml
samples/userguide/example3/MyService.class
2. copied myservice.wsr to my deploy directory.
3. Invoked the client command like
C:\dwong\axis-1_1\samples\userguide\example3>java samples.userguide.example3.Cli
ent aaa -lhttp://wxp-dwong:8080/jboss-net/services/MyService
You typed : Modified from server: aaa
Note: I changed to MyService.java to modify the string so I can
see that the web service actually did something. Also try viewing your
wsdl file for you web service to verify everything is ok.
