Hi, I found the solution...

Edit /etc/profile and restart your session, after your UTF8 enconding won't affect you 
jboss conf.

# Environment Variables for IFX
LC_ALL=UTF-8
LC_CTYPE=UTF-8
LANG=UTF-8
OUTPUT_CHARSET=UTF-8
LESSCHARSET='UTF-8'
export LC_ALL LC_CTYPE LANG OUTPUT_CHARSET LESSCHARSET LANG
