To see how to code an MBean read the JBoss Admin and Developers Guide or the JMX Spec.

To get back to the original question, have you considered using your datasource to 
execute SQL? The datasource could be bundled in your deployment and thus it would be 
loaded at deploy time and you could piggy-back in the arbitrary sql you could specify 
to be excuted. Ugly but available...
