The fix was after 3.2.6RC1 http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/jboss/jbosscx/src/main/org/jboss/resource/connectionmanager/TransactionSynchronizer.java?rev=1.1&view=log + related modifications.
If you closed your connections like you are supposed to, you wouldn't even get these problems.
