I am hitting the same issue and was wondering if any further information is available concerning a solution to this problem.
We have tried a dozen different configurations in 3.2.6 and it doesn't seem to use anything by the UserRolesLoginModule. We have checked that our security-domain is loaded and available in the jmx-console, however our web apps just don't seem to access it. We would like to go to 3.2.6 for our December release but obviously can't unless a solution is found pretty quickly. Thanks in advance for your help.
