It looks as if you have tried to configure JMS to use MySQL instead of Hypersonic for persistence.
The start up errors seem to suggest that you have missed something out. Remove your application from JBoss, at the moment you need to concentrate on getting JBoss to start cleanly without your app. What steps did you take to move to using MySQL?
