First thig I found with new CMP engine that it doesn't handle correctly old 
(jaws style) finders, e.g.

  | <finder>
  |       <name>findByNameAndCompanyID</name>
  |       <query>NAME={0} AND COMPANY_ID={1}</query>
  |       <order></order>
  | </finder>
  | 
it fails to create the finder.

Of course this can be changed to new CMP 2.x way but imagine going through tens 
of descriptors changing numerous finders.
