Assuming you have a POJO, the way to load it and configure in JBoss is to wrap 
with an XMBean (so that it looks like an MBean, and load  it as a jboss service 
(SAR).

To get you started, read the 2nd Chapter of the free Admin&Development guide, 
where you'll find a step-by-step example of developing a service:
