You are using Crimson parser that comes with JDK.  You should be using Xerces 
parser.  Provide a system property "java.endorsed.dirs" that points to a 
location where the xerces jars are.  One place you can obtain the xerces jars 
are in jboss-xxx/lib/endorsed  dir.
