Thomas, I see that JBWS-81 was closed out because it doesn't conform to the 
Jax-RPC 1.1 spec according to your notes.

If this is the case, why can I use a DataHandler as a method argument (which 
works fine), but I can't use a DataHandler as a return type? For the case of 
the DataHandler as the return type, JBoss-WS is creating the attachment and 
sending it back, but my client code can't locate it. Does this indicate that 
something can be done on the client side to work around this without have to 
resort to a pure SAAJ SOAP implementation of my code?
