When i remove the tag ,it show the following error in server console and server does not start. log4j:ERROR Parsing error on line 260 and column 23 log4j:ERROR An element with the identifier "CONSOLE" must appear in the document. log4j:ERROR No appender named [CONSOLE] could be found.
