Tnanks, dschneller. After roughly reading through, if I understand it correctly, a virtual application server in WebSphere is equipvent to a partition in jboss. Each partition has its own resource (I'm not sure if each partition runs in its own unix process (PID)). And, this is only available in 'all' configuration, right? Thanx
