I just found this, the changelogs for the various versions of JBoss AS. http://sourceforge.net/docman/index.php?group_id=22866 That might be a good place to start.
I'm running JBoss on Windows2003 Server and everything seems to be working great... Just started on v. 4.0.1 and had a small problem with logging, but that got fixed when I upgraded to 4.0.1sp1.
