Sorry for such a late answer (gomen nasai).

The implementation of the method i'm using to retrieve the constructor is:

private static MethodInfo getTheConstructor (
 CtClass ctclazz, String methodSig)
 throws NotFoundException
{
 CtConstructor ctor = ctclazz.getConstructor (methodSig);
 return ctor.getMethodInfo ();
}
