Okay, I finally managed to deploy the ws on the clients system. I created a small script which is run on the system and calls the local AdminService with a wsdd-File. What's still confusing to me is the fact that I had to "enableRemoteAdmin" for the AdminService.
This is also the reason why I'm still looking for a smart way to get my ws deployt. I'm sure, someone can help me.... Has anybody achieved to integrate the AXIS deployment in ANT ?
