axis-client-config.wsddl file is available in the jboss-ws4ee-client.jar in the client directory of JBoss installation. The idea is that all standalone clients should make use of the jar files available in the client directory of your jboss instance.
So if you are going to pick up jars from other directories in JBoss, then what is the point in JBoss developers taking the pain to package jars and place them in the client directory?
