Environment : MDB configured to access a remote JMS provider [a JBoss App server instance in this case]. Clustered deployment.
Version : JBoss AS 4.0.2 Problem description: As long as the remote server is in a 'running state' the MDB deploys properly. However if the remote server goes down and is then restarted, the MDB container is not attempting to re-establish connection with the remote server. This lack of recoverability therefore requires a server re-start [or in a cluster, restart of all member servers]. Wondering if this will be fixed in an upcoming release.
