Change the port number for one of the two applications. I don't have 4.0.2 installed at the moment to give you the exact path but in the deploy folder 'server/default/deploy' (if you passed no arguments to the run script) you will find the tomcat sar folder, in there you will find a server.xml configuration file that defines the port number for tomcat to listen on.
