JBoss tries to pick up an .ear immediately, so often it will pick it up before
the file is done copying over. This is worse with larger files. JBoss should
have a configurable time setting, such that it will only pick up files that are
at least x seconds old, to give sufficient time for the copy to complete...
Otherwise, you get errors like this...
