Hi, you will need @ least the JBoss Server with EJB3 Support. So you might want to download the JBoss 4.0.3 RC 1 installer. http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/jboss/jboss-4.0.3RC1-installer.jar?download
For your convinience you might want to get also the JBossIDE ... http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/jboss/JBossIDE-1.5M2-ALL%2BEJB3.zip?download and install it on your eclipse 3.1 For the tryout purposes, you can also use the examples delivered in the EJB3.0 Beta Package - Tutorial http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/jboss/jboss-EJB-3.0_Beta.zip?download For your own projedt I would recoment you to look into some tutorials @ least. For example the Trailblazer or something. You also might want to install a DBMS. For OS X there is MySQL and also PostgreSQL (via fink) available, as OpenSource. But as you a real begginer, you ain't really qualified to answer the question I had. Maybe I should have wrote into EJB3 - Design or so. But I hate to crosspost now. So there is still the same Question. Anybody with experience on OS X / JBoss / EJB 3 - combination ? thnx, Kosta View the original post : http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&p=3887468#3887468 Reply to the post : http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=posting&mode=reply&p=3887468 ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Discover Easy Linux Migration Strategies from IBM.
