Since I miss a "JIRA" channel I'll post here. Is it just my jira account or isn't any other "mortal" user able to submit a new bug in JIRA?
I can't find a "command" in the normal UI and if I use a special "create" link JIRA tells me I have insufficient rights to do so. If that's intended I wonder how bugs can be reported these days.
