The problem was solved at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=90100 . Download ?Version 1.0.2 of Pro Eclipse JST Plug-ins including JBoss 4.0.x support w/ source code?. Unzip in Eclipse as a plugin, and start (once) Eclipse with ??clean? option (Strat->Run->Cmd; cd... etc.; eclipse -clean).
