What steps have you taken to deploy the bean? A 'NameNotFoundException' means that there is nothing bound using the name passed to lookup.
Were any errors reported when you deployed the bean / started JBoss? Have a look at http://localhost:8080/jmx-console, find the JNDI View MBean and invoke the list() method of it to see that is bound to JNDI. Can you find your bean?
