But, the FAQ says about a remote client trying to access a data-source:
" In JBoss-3.2.x you cannot, DataSources are not exposed remotely. There is an 
implementation of this in JBoss4. I would not recommend this anti-pattern."

This still does not give some reasonable use-case and it does not explain what 
actually happens. It only states that it is a bad idea.

So why did it appear in 4.0?
