An aspects scope specifes its scope in the vm, there is no awareness of 
clustering.

If you need to propogate state to other nodes in the cluster, you would need to 
implement some communication. JBoss Cache would be a good mechanism, and is 
what we use for replication of stateful session bean state in EJB 3.

Check out jboss-head and take a look under the ejb3 module:
