Hi. The class MyfacesConfig is both in tomahawk.jar and myfaces-impl.jar. I guess this is the cause of the ClassCast exception. I removed MyfacesConfig.class from tomahawk.jar and keep it in the WEB-INF/lib of my project. Works fine for me.
