Quotes is sacarsm. i.e. "fixed"
(and sacarsm is a given from me anyway ;-)

*fixed* means it is an important point, but I am not shouting at you, as in 
FIXED.

I guess there aren't many people still around from the original days of the 
internet :-)

P.S. Is "immutable" really easier to understand than "fixed" for an average 
developer? :-)
