Full time Project Manager, Quality Assurance Testing - Manage the development and implementation of quality assurance testing and benchmarking systems ensuring JBoss product performance, usability, functionality and cross-operating systems compatibility; manage the development of benchmarking metrics, the automation of continuous specification runs between JBoss AS product version, and the development of automated benchmarking suites for JBoss Products - JBoss profiler, JBoss cache, JGroups, EJB3, AOP, jBM, JBoss Web services; manage the development of processes for incremental enhancement of benchmarking suites: for the identification of metrics and baseline comparison tools and for detecting performance enhancement or degradation in new product version; manage software engineers; prioritizing product schedules. Must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field or a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field and five years of progressive experience in software engineering or a related field.
