You will definitely need commons-codec-1.2.jar and castor-0.9.9-wml.jar in JBoss, just install them under server/default/lib .
About the user names: Please check server/default/conf/jbossmq-state.xml in JBoss. For example, you can use j2ee/j2ee for user/passwd. Also, in the CSIL package there's a nunit_tests folder. In that, there are some tests that use the NUnit framework. You may want to check the source code of those tests to see how to use it.
