1. Attach whatever file you are trying to add to the CMS that breaks it. 2. Also, let me know what you do to configure the portal AND your browser. I am a native spanish speaker, so am not knowledgeable in how you may have your browser/portal configured for Chinese. So the more information you provde, the easier for me to debug. Thank you!
