Jip you were right ! For some reason it was not reading my web.xml (not doing any JSF stuff yet). However, when I defined org.jboss.seam.core.init.managedPersistenceContexts napEntityManager | napEntityManager.persistenceUnitJndiName java:/EntityManagerFactories/napEntityManagerF in my seam.properties it worked like a charm !
