Hi Anand,

which jar file you downloaded contains this package? It's not part of JCS and 
JCS doesn't have any dependency to such a package (at least in the current 
releases). Which version of JCS do you use?

Hi Denis,
This "com.trend.iwss.jscan.appscan.runtime.PolicyRuntime" is available along
with the JCS download. I guess JCS may be using it for some remoteCaching.
But still the fact is, this api throws and exception when JCS tries to read
System properties
