It looks pretty correct - I use something very similar. I'm not a
windows user, but maybe the forward slash on remote.cache.ccf needs
to be a backslash. On unix the forward slash is correct.
Also try setting a system property
-Djava.security.policy=conf/security.policy
and add a logger - set to INFO
-Dlog4j.configuration=file:conf/log4j.xml
