That won't work for us - we need to explicitly say where the config file is.

but there is no clear way from there to arrive at a JCS object.

you use the JCS object as you would normally do post config of  the
composite cache manager

So if I am understanding this correctly, the CompositeCacheManager object is a singleton, and if I configure the CompositeCacheManager before I instantiate the JCS object, it should be configured correctly?
