jcs.auxiliary.ICPC.attributes=org.apache.jcs.auxiliary.disk.jdbc.JDBCDiskCacheAttributes

"JDBCInteraction" should be "ICPC".  

I think that the "DiskUsagePattern" should be "DiskUsagePatternName".  I think 
there might be a typo in the docs.  Sorry.
