Importance: Low

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Troubles with DbForms config xml file:
can not find CONFIG object in application context! check system
configuration! check if application crashes on start-up!

or...

No XML loading of data connection tags via org.dbforms.taglib.DbFormTag.
The Tomecat 4.0.3 system just does not process dbforms-config.xml

This occurs when you take the demo dbforms_v1_07.jar out and replace it with
dbforms_v_1_1_1.jar or dbforms_v_1_1.jar

This is regardless of xalan.jar and xerces.jar being deleted from the
WEB-INF\libs directory.

Now reverting to v 1.07

I really don't see what:

"Version 1.1 of DbForms has been upgraded to use the Apache commons
framework. This framework required Java XML Parser (JAXP) v1.1. Older Web
containers (such as Tomcat v3.2.x) are still using JAXP v1.0 technology and
are therefore incompatible."

has to do with Tomcat 4.0.3 and xalan.jar or xerces.jar being deleted?
