If the whole form is readonly, then just don't use input fields, just output
the data...

Then it wouldn't be editable..

It would be nice too, to set a whole form as readonly. I'm
looking into it now. I'm thinking there is a way to have the
children set the fields. Also, does readonly need to go
deeper?
