DBForms is based on JSP Standard Tag Library Specification (http://jcp.org/aboutJava/communityprocess/final/jsr052/index.html). To run DBForms you will need a JSP/Servlet engine that supports JSP Tag Library such as Apache Tomcat (http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/index.html).
