PdfCreator worked as Luca said so I'll take care of both formats (doc and pdf) and place them in csv repositories and on the web site (assuming I am given usernames and passwords).
Richard Bondi said he'd add stylesheets to the doc to put links in the pdf file when generated. Sorry no docbook expertise.
