So is there a better example of the message tag that uses the format
attribute than the following which is in the doc? There's no example in
taglib_docu.xml now.
The data displayed is retrieved via a resource bundle and is
locale-specific.
As a pre-requisite to using this tag, a 'resource bundle' needs to be
created and referenced to. (Refer to the section on
internationalization).
Example:
<!-Display message from resource bundle using user's
locale >
<db:message key="welcome"/>
