[dbforms] maxUploadSize problem

Dear All,

I had meet a problem about file upload, It happen the following message.

ERROR:
Check if uploaded file(s) exceeded allowed size.

But I had setup maxUploadSize=800000 in web.xml, and just upload 19456 byte file,

I don't know what cause these problem, Does anybody can give more advice?
