No!

We still need to add the insertButton stuff to the release note.  Dirk asked
me to do that but before so I have the following suggestion.  Should I just
do it, commit it, add the release note and then say yes?



What about setting the default of showAlways for the insertButtonTag to
false?

That way only anything_list_and_single pages of previously generated pages
would need to be changed to showAlways="true".

If the default is true, many previously generated pages would need to be
changed  to "false" (single , list_and_single, list edit, list edit rb) or
they would get an insert button (or many if the body is looped through many
times) even when they are not in insert mode.  That's what's happening with
the testsuite.

So, I say we make the default false and set showAlways="true" in the
list_and_single stylesheet and let people know they'll also have to add that
to their previously generated stylesheets.
