[dbforms] Search Problem

Hi:   I would like to search in dbfomrs, I put seachAlgo="weakStartEnd" but it not render any %  in the search.   In the page if a fill the search field with ej, '%house%' then in search using % symbol.   Any ideas.   TIA LFung
