Dear Dominik, I am sorry to report that the plugin has been lost in space...unavailable for some time.. and likely outdated with all the recent changes.
NASA is a little to busy at the moment to help us find it... We're just going to have to do without it. Where did you see the link, I've been trying to eradicate them. 1.2 manual?
