Did you restart the web-app?  It has to be restarted for changes in the
config file to take effect.

You still have the commande table defined in dbforms-config don't you. 
It needs to be there.

I don't think exact location is important.  Just inside of
<dbforms-config> but not inside of anything else.
 

Also, I can't guarentee what I suggested is exactly correct.  Only a
suggestion. I think though that tableId may indicate the need for a
restart.
