[dbforms] New Release

DbForms is proud to announce the first stable release 1.1.3.   Documentation is included in the release but if you are using *nix there is a broken link to the html UsersGuide.  The link says ...usersguide... but should be ...UsersGuide...   Windows of course doesn't care about such things.   Documentation is also online.   Enjoy!   The documentation team.
