[dbforms] calendar.gif size

Hi,

I was just starting to use the calendar tool for selecting dates when I
saw that the image provided calendar.gif looked a bit zoomed up. I
realized it looked weird since the original image was 16x16 and the tag
<db:dateField useJsCalendar="true" .../> generated an image with the
following specs: WIDTH="32" HEIGHT="32".

Any easy way of changing/configuring this?

My workaround was to enlarge the canvas of the image to 32x32., but the
problem is that it has a visual effect on the rendering of the form rows
since the row heights are smaller than the image; hence you can't get
compact rows.
