Information on that can be seen in Chapter 5. Compatibility notes: 1.1.4pr2 (of course if you are upgrading from 1.1.4pr2 then you probabably have already done what is necessary).
Also, the usersGuides says to use: import org.dbforms.*;
but actually it has been changed to: import org.dbforms.config.*;
