I have a problem with nested forms: when i insert records into a child table (with an insertButton), database updates are done but the page is refreshed always positioned on the first record of parent table, even if i was started from another parent record. The same if i delete and/or update records of child table with deleteButton and updateButton tags. At a first look, the page is exactly like parent-child examples explained into documentation...
Um there was a problem like that fixed in cvs, so if your build date was later than the fix date below, I think it is a known problem.
